• 2nd Stage North Anchor bolts moving with the sole plate

• The base of the foundation does not have significant movement

• Sole plates and spacer shims are visibly moving

• Main Frame NW side movement along with anchor bolt

• 4th Stage crosshead from an anchor bolt

• 4th Stage support pedestal moving 

• Foundation crack near 5 feet of ground level not showing significant movement

• Oil appears to have significantly penetrated the foundation
